November 29th- December 1st | Cologne, Germany
MetaCell partner Ncardia is hosting a 3-day Application Workshop in Cologne, Germany from November 29th-December 1st. The workshop will focus on how researchers and labs can use Ncardia’s innovative iPSC-derived cardiomyocytes and neurons in areas such as drug discovery, disease modeling, and drug safety and toxicity. To exhibit their versatility and performance, several demonstrations will take place throughout the event. There will be speakers and demonstrations from top laboratories including Roche, Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Molecular Devices and more!
Luxcel Biosciences' Dr. James Hynes will present research on Cardiomyocyte function characterised through combined analysis of metabolic flux, beat rate and cellular oxygenation and its application in vitro ischemia reperfusion modelling (Mito-/Cytotoxicity). In conjunction with MetaCell partner BMG LABTECH, he will demonstrate our MitoXpress® Xtra Oxygen Consumption Assay and MitoXpress® FAO Assay to show how optimal results can be achieved through our combined portfolios.
